In addition, under California Business and Professions Code Section 22575, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to Web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms. We do not utilize any tracking functionalities on our Website so this requirement does not apply to us. This law also requires website operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personally identifiable information about their users’ online activities over time and across different websites when the users use the operator’s website. We do not permit third parties to collect personality identifiable information from our users in this context.
